THE BUDWEISER
VINTAGE DELIVERY TRUCK
COLLECTION

The General Motors Truck Co. was founded in 1911 in Pontiac, Michigan, and the first GMC trucks were offered the following year. After World War 2, GMC produced a variety of commercial trucks, including a cab-over-engine (C.O.E.) Model. Now a 1948 GMC C.O.E pulls a bright red refrigerated trailer with a vintage 1948 Budweiser label in a brilliant die-cast model.

Considered one of the best looking trucks of all time, the 1940 Ford was a significant milestone in Ford trucks. It featured an entirely new chassis with a Hotchkiss type drive and improved suspension, as well as an extensively restyled cab. Now the legendary 1940 Ford Pickup is decorated with the familiar graphics of Anheuser-Busch and Budweiser in an exciting die-cast model.

In 1936 the Chrysler-built Dodge brothers truck was renamed the Dodge. Known for its passenger car styling and comfort, the Dodge truck soon sported hydrovac brakes. The 1937 Dodge Airflow truck provided quality, durability and ruggedness. Now this American classic bears the trademarked "A" & Eagle logo and the "Anheuser-Busch 'Budweiser' Everywhere" slogan.

As a commercial truck, the Model TT (as Ford designated its trucks) could be adapted as an open-back pickup or a panel truck. The panel truck also offered a large area on which a business could place its advertising message. This 926 Ford Model TT is decorated with the stylish Anheuser-Busch "A" and eagle emblem, a refreshing bottle of Budweiser beer and vignette of malt and hops.

In 1932, when Anheuser-Busch was celebrating its 60th anniversary, the Diamond T Motor Car Company of Chicago, Illinois had introduced an eight-ton, six-wheeler with a Waukesha engine. Now a 1932 Diamond T truck, crafted to honour the "KING OF BOTTLED BEERS," looks like it is hauling a load of fresh Budweiser in its steak bed. This replica features simulated wood panels on the sides.

In the '50s, the undisputed leader in the style category was the Second Series Advance-Design light-duty 1955 Chevrolet pickup truck. The dazzling new look pioneered the "smoothside style" and featured egg-crate grilles, hooded headlights, fadeaway front fenders and an entirely new cab with a full-width rear window and wraparound windscreen. Now decorated with Clydesdale Stables graphics in the sensational Budweiser model.
